Admissions
Starting is a conversation, not a commitment.
For adults seeking care and the families supporting them. You do not need records, paperwork, or a diagnosis to ask a question.
The process
Four steps
Each step answers one question: what kind of support actually fits.
01
Reach Out
An individual, family member, or professional starts the conversation using the general callback request form or another listed contact method.
02
Screening Conversation
A general conversation about what kind of support is being sought and whether residential care is worth exploring further.
03
Clinical Assessment
An individualized assessment determines whether ASAM Level 3.1 is an appropriate level of care and informs the treatment plan.
04
Admission & Planning
If 3.1 is appropriate, admission details and an initial plan are reviewed together, including what the first days will involve.
