Individual Counseling
One-to-one sessions focused on substance use, personal goals, and the specific pressures a person is working through.

Structured group sessions that use shared experience, accountability, and skills practice as part of treatment.

Care Planning
A living treatment plan, developed with the individual and revisited as progress and needs change.

Case Management
Coordination with outside supports and referral assistance so needs beyond clinical sessions are not left unaddressed.

Relapse-Prevention Education
Education on triggers, warning signs, and planned responses, delivered in a way that can be used outside the residence.

Life-Skills Support
Support with the routines and responsibilities that sustain day-to-day stability during and after residential care.

Transition Planning
Planning for the step after 3.1 — continuing care, community supports, and the practical details of that handoff.
